Our Staff


	Jerry Furnell is the Director of Green Termite Bait Systems and has over 20 years "hands on" experience in all facets of the Pest Control Industry. He is fully licenced including Timber Pests. His experience and practical knowledge of termites is extensive. "Client satisfaction is our main goal. We achieve this by carefully selecting quality staff. Great staff means great service. We're proud of our team and their aim to always please every customer."
Jerry Furnell

	Ana is the co-owner of the business and is in charge of accounts, billing and general administration. She is multi-skilled and fluent in several languages. Ana has excellent book keeping and computer skills which are vital for the smooth running of the company. She puts her heart and soul into her work and takes great pride in the accuracy of our records. Now days she works from home as well as looking after her daughter, Princesca Pei-Pei Furnell.
Anastasia Furnell

	Paris is our super friendly receptionist. Her duties include scheduling, despatch and general office duties. Trained as an accountant, but equally happy running a busy office, Paris is very customer service oriented and is keen to help you with most of your enquiries. If you have questions of a technical nature she will direct you to one of the guys below for additional help.
Cecilia Oberg

	John is our technical and training manager. John works mainly in our head office and handles enquiries from customers and distributors. Part of his job involves supervision of our staff, quality control and training of new distributors and staff. He has over 30 years experience in this field and we welcome his insights, his experience and his broad termite knowledge. He is a valued part of our team contributing to the ongoing success of our company.
John Fleming

	John has worked in the pest control industry for the past 10 years. He has worked in all facets of the pest control industry and is experienced with termite control and management. He is the older bother to David (see below) and shares the same first name as our manager above, so there is sometimes a little confusion in office when customers ask for him. He is fully licenced including timber pests and prides himself on doing quality work. John is very courteous and friendly as well as super helpful with customers.
John Holwerda

	David has worked in the pest control industry for over 6 years. He has experience in all facets of the industry and like all our staff, he has a sound knowledge and experience with termite control and management. Of course he is fully licenced including timber pests and also holds a NSW pest licence to complement his Queensland licence. He is very friendly and courteous and always does his best to please.
David Holwerda
	Paul has worked in the pest control industry for over 10 years. He has returned to Qld from NSW and joined our company after we mentioned to John (see above) that we needed yet another highly skilled technician. Like his father, you will find him to be helpful and friendly with a great customer service attitude. Paul services the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas.
Paul Fleming
	Peter is our Jack of All Trades. If something needs fixing, Peter can do it. He works in our manufacturing plant and maintains the equipment that mass produces our Green Termite Baits. He also maintains our vehicles, pest control equipment and tools. Peter ensures that our product is produced at a consistently very high standard.
